Terms & Conditions
General terms for Bright Kids live online tutoring and personalised learning services.
Effective / last updated: 22 August 2026
1. Educational service
Bright Kids provides live online tutoring and related learning support. Class content, tutor matching, worksheets, preparation plans, timing, and teaching approach may be personalised according to the student's grade, board, subject, goals, and learning requirements.
2. Parent/guardian responsibility
A parent or legal guardian should make bookings for a minor and provide accurate information reasonably required to deliver the service. The parent/guardian is responsible for suitable device access, internet connectivity, a safe learning environment, and timely attendance.
3. Pricing and payment
The displayed 10-class price of ₹14,999 and foreign-currency equivalents are indicative for the standard package. Final pricing may vary according to grade, board, subject, session duration, frequency, tutor availability, exam preparation, customised worksheets or other learning requirements. Foreign-currency amounts are approximate and can vary with exchange rates or payment-provider conversion. The final price and scope will be confirmed before payment.
4. Scheduling, rescheduling and attendance
Class times are subject to tutor availability and confirmation. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as reasonably possible. Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or requests made after a class has begun may be treated differently from advance rescheduling. Any package-specific scheduling rules supplied in writing will apply.
5. Educational outcomes
We aim to improve understanding, practice, confidence and academic preparation, but individual outcomes depend on many factors. We do not guarantee specific marks, ranks, examination results, school admissions, or other academic outcomes.
6. Learning materials and intellectual property
Worksheets, teaching materials, lesson content, graphics, branding, and other resources supplied by Bright Kids are for the enrolled student's personal educational use unless we expressly allow otherwise. They may not be commercially redistributed, resold, copied in bulk, or presented as another provider's materials.
7. Respectful and safe use
Parents, students, and tutors should communicate respectfully. We may pause or discontinue a service where there is harassment, abusive conduct, misuse of classes, unlawful activity, or a safety concern.
8. Third-party services
Classes and communications may rely on third-party services such as video meeting platforms, WhatsApp, hosting, payment providers, or scheduling tools. Their availability and separate terms may affect use of those services.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Refund and cancellation requests are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific written terms supplied with the booking or invoice.
10. Changes and availability
We may reasonably update class formats, tutors, tools, schedules, or policies to maintain or improve the service. If a material change affects a paid booking, we will aim to provide a reasonable alternative or discuss the available options with the parent/guardian.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bright Kids is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including internet failures, third-party platform outages, device issues, or circumstances beyond the agreed educational service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
